Jennifer Worley - Office Manager -- email
Manages the day to day operations of the office. Human Resource officer and in charge of credentialing. Handles payment arrangements.
Donna Groseclose - Front office Manager
Manages the front office staff and handles billing issues.
Tina Blevins - Workman's Comp. Coordinator-- email
Manages all workman's compensation matters.
Sheri Heldreth - Surgery Scheduler (Dr. Lorio)
Schedules all outpatient diagnostic tests, referrals to outside physicians, and all surgeries. Obtains prior authorization for testing and surgery.
Michelle Hughes - Check-Out Receptionist
Schedules return appointments. Enters daily charges. Also assists with scheduling outpatient diagnostic tests.
Connie Meier - Front Desk Receptionist
Checks in patients arriving to the office. Handles front office phone calls, patients questions and reschedules appointments.
Cindy Shaffer - Administrative Assistant
Acts as personal assistant to Dr. Lorio. Works as liaison for Hand Center patients. Helps with returning patients medical questions and medication requests via Dr. Lorio’s medication request line.
Kelly Moody - Administrative Assistant
Personal assistant to Dr. Testerman. Assist with Dr. Testerman’s patients. Helps with returning patients medical questions and medication requests via Dr. Testerman’s medication request line.
Gena Staubus - Billing and Coding Specialist -- email
Submits insurance claims through Medtron/Medata for all office and surgery charges.
Renee Carmody - New Patient Coordinator
Gathers all of the information required that is necessary for your first visit.
